Who we are

wtsaid (also known as "What They Said") is an anonymous voice messaging service operated by IGHO AI LTD ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide: your email address, display name, username and a hashed version of your password.
• The voice messages sent to your link. These are stored so you can play them back.
• Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as session information held in a cookie.

Information we do not collect

• Sender identity. People who send you a message do not create an account and are not asked for a name.
• Phone numbers. We do not ask for or store a phone number.
• Contacts, address books or social media profiles.

How we use information

We use your information to create and secure your account, generate your public link, deliver voice messages to your mailbox, keep the service working, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Voice messages and retention

Voice messages are temporary by design. Each message is scheduled for deletion approximately 24 hours after it is sent, after which it is removed from our storage along with its associated record. Deletion may occur on a short delay after the 24-hour mark while our cleanup process runs. Do not use wtsaid as a permanent archive.

Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in. It is required for the service to function. We do not use it for advertising.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent your data. We share information only with the infrastructure providers that host and operate the service on our behalf, and where we are legally required to do so.

Security

Passwords are stored in hashed form. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can delete individual messages from your dashboard. To delete your account or make a request, contact us using the details below.

Age requirement

wtsaid is strictly for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account or use the service, and you confirm this when you sign up.

International transfers

We rely on infrastructure that may store and process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information remains protected.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
