Terms of Service

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of wtsaid ("What They Said"), operated by IGHO AI LTD. By creating an account, sharing a link, or sending a voice message, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use wtsaid

You must be 18 or older to create an account and use the service, and you confirm this when you sign up. If you are using wtsaid on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and your public link.
• You can change your username and display name, but any link you shared under a previous username will stop working.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable use

Anonymity is not a licence to harm. You agree not to use wtsaid to:

• harass, threaten, stalk, defame or abuse anyone
• send content that is unlawful, sexually exploitative of minors, or infringes the rights of others
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• upload malware, attempt to break, overload or probe the service, or bypass its security
• collect or scrape data from the service without our permission

Voice messages and your content

You keep ownership of the content you send. By sending or storing a voice message, you grant us a limited licence to store, transmit and deliver it solely to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you send and confirm you have the right to send it.

Temporary by design

Voice messages are scheduled for deletion approximately 24 hours after they are sent, and may be removed on a short delay after that while our cleanup process runs. You should not rely on wtsaid to store anything permanently.

Our intellectual property

The wtsaid name, logo, design, and the underlying software are owned by IGHO AI LTD and protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you any right to use our branding except as needed to link to the service.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party infrastructure to host and operate wtsaid. We are not responsible for the content or practices of services we do not control.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, with or without notice, if we believe these terms have been breached or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGHO AI LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IGHO AI LTD is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
